A small studio for practical AI work inside real operations.
SystemsAI Solutions is a Perth-based implementation studio. We build AI agents, workflow automations, and lightweight internal tools for lean teams that need tighter execution without adopting heavy enterprise software.
What we believe
Most operational pain in small businesses isn't a tooling problem. It's a coordination problem wearing tooling as a disguise. Work falls between inboxes, approvals sit waiting, and the same information gets re-entered by hand three times a week.
AI is useful here when it takes on the repetitive judgement — triage, drafting, classification, summarising — and leaves the consequential decisions to the people who already own them. Most of the time, a clean automation and a clear handoff beat a clever agent.
How we work
We start with the workflow that hurts, not the AI capability that's trending. We map the real path the work takes today, including the exceptions, approvals, and the quiet copy-paste steps nobody documents.
Then we choose the lightest combination of agent, automation, integration, or internal tool that fits the job — and we pilot it on a contained scope before it touches the day-to-day.
The rules we don't break.
Start with the bottleneck
If we can't point to a specific moment where work gets stuck, we haven't scoped the engagement yet.
Least-access by default
Agents get the narrowest permissions that let the workflow finish. Broad access is a future incident.
Pilot before rollout
Every build starts with a contained scope, real logs, and a review loop before it reaches the full team.
Humans keep consequential decisions
Approvals, customer-facing actions, and anything irreversible stay with the person who owns the outcome.
Lightest setup that fits
Low-code before custom. Custom before platform. We don't sell complexity to justify the engagement.
Admit when AI isn't the answer
Sometimes the fix is a form, a rule, or a 30-minute process change. We'll say so.
How engagements usually shape up.
Most work starts as a short, focused scoping piece — a mapped workflow, a recommended approach, and a clear cost to move forward. From there, builds run as short iterative phases so value lands early and scope stays honest.
Engagements typically start from AU$1,500 for a scoping and recommendation piece, with build phases quoted against the mapped scope. We'd rather start with the operational picture than with a price list.

Location & delivery
Based in Perth, WA. We work with teams Australia-wide through remote delivery and focused on-site sessions when the engagement calls for it.
